Project Description

A boutique enclave of ten duplex town homes nestled into 30 acres of Seager Park. Walkout lower levels back directly to the forest. Similar to Exeter in Lisle, IL, Parks Edge required the assembly of several parcels, annexation, re-zoning, and infrastructure. All entitlement work was directed by Frederick Conforti as well as the Architectural Design and marketing program. Parks Edge won the Platinum Key from HBAGC in 2020.
